Called my cell. Did not know my name or even what city I live in. Explained I "won" a 2 airline tickets to anywhere in US and 2 nights stay at Marriot or other hotel. As well as a $50 gift certificate to Olive Garden, Red Lobster. Also stated this is not a timeshare.

this person is calling and stating that i have committed credit fraud and will be prosecuted for 3 different federal charges when i ask for something in writing they hang up on me. I do not have any unpaid loans that i am supposedly being investigated for by the CIA. I have no idea why they are calling and harassing me and members of my family telling them i have committed credit fraud

Calls early mornings and evenings. 20 - 50 times a day every 15 mins. Always hangs up or leaves voice mail with no message.

left message saying that they are a lawyer. i have save the messege on my phone. do please know that we are in sorta a depression. now with gas prices going what are people suppose to do

They call daily, several times a day! No message, just bugging us!

I get repeated phone calls asking for a "Martha Fox." When I respond, the message tells me to call another number that may have charges. I'm not Martha Fox and without risking some type of financial fees, I cannot communicate to tell them to QUIT calling me! This has been going on for FIVE MONTHS!

Mine was a woman, she picked up a few times but hung up quickly. I've been called 6 times today starting at 7 am central! Called Tmobile customer service and put in a complaint, they said they will look into it.
